You fill out the sign-up questionnaire at vololaw.net. I do not need detailed lists of assets. It should take 10 minutes

I draft your documents
Nothing is outsourced and nothing is auto-generated. I can make changes on the spot at the signing. My package includes the same documents as provided by all law firms.

We meet, I explain, you sign
We go through the documents page by page until it makes sense to you, then you sign. Most clients walk out finished the same day, which is exactly the point. After we meet and sign, you will walk away with a very clear understanding of How Trusts Work and What to do Next. Its my greatest ability.

Small business owners need documents that hold up and pricing they can plan around: forming the LLC or corporation, the operating agreement, contracts and the commercial lease, and papering a sale or succession. The work is done here, by me, and explained before you sign it.
