You will not be charged the fee until we meet in person to sign at my office or upon shipment of the complete Trust Book with “Sign Here” Tabs to your location by USPS.
Step Two: Review the Prepared Trust Agreement
Once you complete the Client Questionnaire, I prepare the Trust Agreement and send it to you as a PDF for your review.
Just review your personal information and let me know of any changes you want to make by emailing me at tony@vololaw.com.
Step Three: Set a Date to Sign & Notarize with Attorney Tony de Volo or Request Delivery.
Once we are all set with the Trust Agreement, I will prepare the rest of the forms listed below and we set a date to sign and notarize at my office.
I do not send all the forms to you in advance, but I go over all of them with you at the signing in person, or, If there are any changes that require a quick fix, I can do that on the spot at the signing too.
OK, that’s it.
We can discuss your questions such as “How do I Transfer my Financial Assets?” to the trust or “How does the Deed to my Home gets Recorded?” when we meet in person or over the phone.

The 9-Tab Trust Book includes:
- The Revocable Trust aka “living trust” aka “family trust”
- Pour-over Wills (one for each spouse)
- Medical Power of Attorney (one for each spouse) plus HIPPA form
- Assignment of Personal Property to the trust
- Grant Deeds. I make sure you real property is transferred to the trust. One deed is included in the price – additional properties are $125 each.
- Certificate of Trust
- Guardianship Nomination– if applicable for minor children.
You have to pay the notary charges ($90 fort a married couple with one property) and the recording fee for the Grant Deed (usually $30). There are no other fees or charges.

Trust Book by Mail
I prepare the entire trust book and send to you by mail. Each document has an “Explanation Sticker” that tells you All about the document and “Sign Here” tabs. A notary signature page in included with you name already filled out so it is really easy for you to sign with a notary.
