Three steps to complete your $1,000 Revocable Will and Trust Package.

100% attorney prepared. You are not charged anything until we meet to sign at my office, or until your completed Trust Book ships to you by USPS.

1

Complete the Client Questionnaire

The questionnaire is how you send me your information over our secure network. Every question comes with instructions.

Client Introductory Letter

This explains how trusts work. Two versions — pick the one that fits.

Fee Agreement

This spells out exactly what you get for the price. Print it and keep it for your records.

2

Review the Prepared Trust Agreement

Once your questionnaire is in, I prepare the Trust Agreement and send it to you as a PDF.

Read through your personal information and email me any changes at tony@vololaw.com.

3

Sign and Notarize — In Person or by Mail

Once the Trust Agreement is settled, I prepare the rest of the forms and we set a date to sign and notarize at my office.

I don’t send the forms ahead of time. I go over every one of them with you at the signing, and if something needs a quick fix, I can handle it on the spot.

Prefer not to come in?

I can prepare the entire Trust Book and mail it to you instead. Every document carries an Explanation Sticker describing what it does, plus “Sign Here” tabs. The notary signature page arrives with your name already filled in, so all you have to do is sign it in front of a notary.

That’s it. Questions like “How do I transfer my financial assets to the trust?” or “How does the deed to my home get recorded?” we can cover in person or over the phone.
